Shipping Policy

  • The shipping charges are not fixed and are dependent on numerous factors. For instance, delivery state or city, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product that you see on our product page.
  • The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your transaction is being processed.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above 1999/- (Kindly note, your delivery will take 5 to 10 working days.)
  • Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • Orders are shipped from our own office to various parts in India. We endeavour to ship products within 24* hrs from receipt of order and payment.
  • We ship internationally. The rate charged for the shipping of the order is based on the weight of the products, and the delivery location. Before the final checkout page, the customer will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
  • The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 9:00 am to 06:00 pm.
  • Kindly note, cash on Delivery service is available in a limited area.
  • In the rare case, there may be a delay in delivery of your consignment due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and the website tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • UTHC is not responsible for any extra customs, octroi and taxes that are applied to your order which is dependent upon the State/Constituency to which the shipment must be delivered. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us at the earliest to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Our Courier partners may, at its option, or upon the request of the competent authorities, open and inspect any shipment at any time, and shall incur no liability of any kind, therefore.
  • A shipment shall be considered to be undeliverable if
  1. the recipient’s address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located,
  2. the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for the delivery of any shipment
  3. the shipment would likely cause damage or delay to other shipments or goods, or injury to persons,
  4. the shipment is detained or otherwise unable to clear local or State boundaries,
  5. if a recipient of a Collect on Delivery (COD) shipment fails or refuses on such delivery to pay the COD amount.
  • From time to time there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
  • Packaging material accounts for close to 30% of all the waste in the landfill. We would encourage every customer to reuse and recycle all the packaging material.
  • Our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the consignment and after which the consignment will be deemed rejected.
  • Orders will be shipped out on working days (i.e., Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. In a situation where the product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by the customer (e.g., providing the incorrect name/address, etc.), any additional costs incurred by the Company for re-delivery of the product(s) shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the packaging is found tampered or damaged; please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately contact us or write an email to mentioning the order reference number and should wait for a written clarification (within 24-48 hours).
  • Do not accept if seal is broken. We will need the original invoice and packing with photographs to initiate return or exchange. Any additional courier charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, please get in touch with us.
