Return Policy
At UTHC, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible.
However, considering that opened or used products cannot be reused, we cannot
accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We
shall not be responsible for any damage caused after delivery of the product.
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we shall exchange the
product in accordance with the exchange policy contained in this Agreement.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Exchange of products shall be accepted by UTHC only if the there is a visible
quality issue with the products with original receipt intact and in the original
packaging of the product, in undamaged condition and subject to following termsi. Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by
UTHC.
ii. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be
covered under this policy.
iii. Shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order
as these are non-refundable charges.
iv. Once your return/refund request has been accepted, UTHC shall make
endeavors to complete the process within 7-21 business days. There shall
be no cash refund and all refunds shall be made via electronic transfer
only.
Grievance Officer
In compliance with Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made
thereunder, the Grievance Officer of UTHC for the purpose of this Agreement
shall be Vivek Nattamai Sankaran with email address: vivek@uthc.in.We may
change the aforesaid details from time to time without intimation to you.
